PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua, Tbk

PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk formerly PT Pratama Abadi Nusa Industri Tbk (PANI) started its business activities on 1 March 2001, as a manufacturer in the can packaging industry. In December 2017, PANI acquired PT Windublambangan Sejati, a company engaged in the fishery product processing industry and freezing/storage services in cooling chambers. On 18 September 2018, PANI changed its status to become a Public Company by listing its initial shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with a share nominal value of Rp108 and a total of 150 million shares listed. In 2021, PT Multi Artha Pratama (MAP), as expert in the property sector at PIK, took over 80% of PANI’s shares or 328 million shares as controlling shareholder. Afterward, PANI diversified its business portfolio in the property sector, acquaint with Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group as sponsor and embarking into corporate actions and business plans, including boosted its capital thru Pre-emptive Rights (PMHMETD I), PANI made a public offering of 13,120 million new ordinary shares with a nominal value of Rp100 (full amount) per share with an offering price of Rp500 (full amount) per share and successfully listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 23 August 2022.
