PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua, Tbk

PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk formerly PT Pratama Abadi Nusa Industri Tbk (PANI) started its business activities on 1 March 2001, as a manufacturer in the can packaging industry. In December 2017, PANI acquired PT Windublambangan Sejati, a company engaged in the fishery product processing industry and freezing/storage services in cooling chambers. On 18 September 2018, PANI changed its status to become a Public Company by listing its initial shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with a share nominal value of Rp108 and a total of 150 million shares listed.
